As a concert pianist and business strategist for musicians, Fabiana has helped thousands of musicians build, grow, and scale their businesses into online premium music programs that run on autopilot.

Fabiana holds a doctorate in music in piano performance degree with additional education in the music business and entertainment industries. Prior to becoming a business coach for musicians, Fabiana co-founded a nationally-featured music academy called Superior Academy of Music, in 2011- and since 2016 she’s run her music school on autopilot remotely across the country.

Fabiana was the Founder and Director of the University of North Texas Music Business and Entrepreneurship Program for five years. In this role, she spearheaded the creation of a major initiative that helped musicians launch their own businesses, win tenure-track University teaching positions, and gain arts administration jobs.

In 2020 Fabiana launched her signature business mentorship program, The Musician’s Profit Umbrella®, which helps musicians all around the world package their skills into a profitable and scalable online teaching or coaching business. Her clients have been able to create new income streams, triple their rates, step out of overwhelm and burnout, and design a completely new way of living.
